Common Programs
DIP - Deferred Interest Program
Up to $250k with no monthly payments. Deferred interest is calculated as a share of appreciation due upon payoff.
RIP - Reduced Interest Program
Secured loan up to $300k offered at a reduced rate (currently 0%). Requires no monthly payments over a term up to 30 years.
ZIP - Zero Interest Program
Zero-interest loan up to $100k designed to supplement MAP, DIP, and RIP. Principal is forgiven over time.
HAP - Housing Assistance Program
A $200k taxable benefit, disbursed as a monthly income supplement over 12 years to lower your overall housing costs.
